Close to 200 students attended the 2010 graduation ceremonies for SIAST Palliser Campus on April 29.

At the ceremony, Moose Jaw’s city manager, Garry McKay, received an honourary diploma in Business.

Over the years, Garry, a SIAST alumnus, has demonstrated a passion for recreation and has provided leadership for the development and renewal of parks, playgrounds, cultural and recreation facilities, community associations and adult recreation leagues in Moose Jaw.
